| Associations connected with new home
construction are increasingly present throughout Italy. We have
developed a targeted software system to manage this, especially
aimed at Quality systems. One of our most important clients, the
Consorzio Provinciale per l’abitazione Acli Casa di Trento, was the
first Consortium in Italy to obtain Quality Certification.
The software procedure is composed of two important chapters:
- the management of Consortiums, Cooperative Housing Societies,
shareholders, initiatives and housing units with a set of functions
able to handle high level management of all the procedures connected
with the life of the shareholder, initiative and individual
consortiums.
- Management linked to the Technical Office for evaluating bids,
balance sheets and progress reports. The first chapter includes a
vast quantity of information which can be related to each other,
ensuring an organized management of all the information regarding
the shareholder, society, real estate initiative even down to the
details of an individual room. The system is also equipped with a
financial management which for the shareholders is able to manage
their debt situation, calculate interest for late payments and all
the functions which a flexible management must guarantee, such as
the possibility of moving the position of a shareholder from one
initiative to another. Administrative management functions are
enhanced by the production of the forms required for the Quality
System.
The second chapter deals with topics tied to managing the
technical office. These are tools which can be used to create
construction bids, with broken down even to the individual housing
unit. Consulting and monitoring of the individual initiatives or
housing units can be obtained from subsequent allocation of incurred
costs.
